Attain Productions works with youth and communities in a very unique way that is grounded in participatory media principles. Participatory media is where the audience can play an active role in the process of collecting, reporting, analysing and disseminating content.

1. Youth/Community Led
Each media creation is is led by the ideas of the youth or community that we are working with. If we are asked to work on a specific topic with a group we ensure that the youth and/or community have significant input to feel ownership and authority over the project.
 

3. Strong Evaluation methods
We know that strong evaluation is important to our commissioners and this is the best way for our projects to grow, adapt and evolve to the youth or community we are working with. This means that strong evaluations methods based on baseline assessments, exit evaluations and interviews are integral parts of our projects. 
 

2.  Local Needs
The scope of our work depends on the local area we are working in and can be adjusted the requirements of the commissioner. We work closely with our commissioners to ensure that the projects are delivered to suit local needs and issues. This means that projects are designed on a bespoke basis.
